I'm Kerby Valverde, and with my husband Jose, we own Caring Transitions of North Jacksonville and Fernandina Beach. We are residents of Fernandina Beach and have the pleasure of serving our residents of our wonderful NE Florida communities! I have spent 20 years in the real estate industry, the past 5 years in senior living sales, and have earned a CRTS (Certified Relocation Transition Specialist). Jose is a retired veteran with 40 years of service in the Air Force. We have both worked extensively in customer service roles and strive to offer exceptional service and care to our customers and clients! Through my experience in senior living, once seniors make the decision to move, whether it be to a senior living community or simply to downsize, their number one concern is "how will I manage all the details of a move?" Caring Transitions can help with all their needs. Not only do we offer organizing, sorting, packing and moving services, but we can also facilitate estate sales and online auctions. We offer personalized support to seniors and their families by helping coordinate all the details associated with major life transitions like downsizing and relocation.
